Shipping policy

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Please note that we recycle packaging whenever we can.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be processed and shipped. Items are shipped from Texas and typically arrive in 2-10 business days. At this time, we only ship within the domestic US.

Unfortunately, we are unable to rush ship orders at this time.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Please select priority shipping to have your item insured. If your item arrives damaged, please submit a claim with USPS/UPS on their website (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm). Chateau Michele cannot re-route packages, so always double-check your shipping address before confirming purchase.
