Return Policy

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please examine the photos carefully and ask any questions prior to purchasing. Be sure to check the measurements of the item and the space you plan to put it in. Most of our items are in vintage or antique condition where the patina and wear add to the charm. These natural flaws add to the beauty of the item. Colors may differ on screens than in person, but we try our best to represent the item as accurately as we can.

Shipping

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Please note we recycle packaging whenever we can.

What is the shipping policy?

Please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be processed and shipped. Items are shipped from Texas and typically arrive in 2-10 business days. At this time we only ship within the domestic US.

Can you rush ship?

Unfortunately we are unable to rush ship orders at this time.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Please select priority shipping to have your item insured. If your item arrives damaged, please submit a claim with USPS on their website (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm). Chateau Michele cannot re-route packages, so always double check your shipping address before confirming purchase.
